1. Use Proper in flation pressure according to the table recommended. Improper inflation pressure (too low or too high) will cause premature failure
of tires. Increase inflation pressure in case of increasing loads according to the recommended table and regularly check the inflation pressure. For dual
mounting position it is in general to inflate the outer tire 5 psi higher than the
inner tire so that both tires will be equally loaded due to the road contour
being curvature.

2. Load and speed will effect tire life and treadwear of tires. Heavier load generate higher heat to the tire. Higher speed causes faster treadwear. Adjust inflation pressure
according to the load increased as recommended in the table.

1. This table is based on speed of 80 km/hr. If the higher ,it is recommended to increase pressure by 9%.
2. Use proper inflation will help maximize tire life.

Tire Mantenance

1. Install the same OD tires for the dual mounting position for equally loading both tires.
2. Rotate tires every 10,000 kilometers to prolong tread life approximately 20 - 25%.

Every 20,000-30,000 kms.
Every 35,000-60,000 kms.

3. Load Distribution
Improper load distribution will cause unuse uneven load and result in reducing tire life.

4. Follow strictly to the load capacity as recommended by the truck manufacturer.
Chat to compare effect of loads versus tire life at verious stage of services.
